The NYC Sea Gypsies

Since 1971

Who are The New York City Sea Gypsies™?

Founded by local scuba divers and instructors in 1971, we are a not-for-profit club made up of individuals of diverse ages and from all walks of life with one thing in common: we all share a love of scuba diving.

The Sea Gypsies host monthly eventing lectures and other social events, local boat, beach and lake diving, as well as dive trips out of the area.
